All hires subject to CPA terms & conditions, a copy of which can be provided on request.

All equipment is delivered in a clean useable/transportable condition & should be returned in the same condition.

Environmental charges will be incurred if equipment is excessively soiled & intensive cleaning is required at the end of the hire period.

Hire Periods:

• 1 day self drive hire is a minimum 60% of weekly hire rate.
• 2 days self drive hire is a minimum 80% of weekly hire rate.
• 3 days self drive hire is a minimum 100% of weekly hire rate.

Please Note: This excludes welfare, smaller tool equipment & some attachments which are minimum of 1 weeks hire.
The hire period will commence, from the time when the plant is collected, or delivered onsite and shall continue until the hirer gives notice that the plant is off hired.
Hire Suspension: Bank holidays hire will be suspended. If site is closed for any period, we must be notified in writing so hire can be suspended, for example Christmas shutdowns.
Self-drive Hires: All plant machinery is delivered with a full tank of fuel & any fuel used along with any damages will be charged on final invoice.

Haulage: Waiting time after the first 30mins is charged

• @ £55 per hr for rigid tippers.
• @ £65 per hr for crane assisted haulage and artic units with standard trailers.
• @ £100 per hr for STGO loads.
• An additional £15 per hr applies for night work & public holidays.
• @ £35 per hr for escort vehicle.
• Cancellations within 24hours of the confirmed job taking place, will be required to pay the full amount agreed.

New Customers will be subject to a credit check & a deposit may be required or payment in full prior to hire or job taking place.
