An abnormal load is any load that cannot be broken down into smaller loads for transport without undue expense or risk of damage. We are able to offer escort vehicles, for these types of loads. We can help with these jobs from the planning stages through to delivering the loads. All permits and necessary paperwork will be done in house notifying the appropriate authorities.

Turner Site Services works along side of some of the biggest UK projects and house builders supplying modular and container set ups. These include tideway project, HS2 and many others. We have dedicated erection teams that work onsite to get the cabins all set up. We can supply to the following sectors. Plant and Construction

Turner Site Services offers a low loader service which is ideal for the construction and agriculture industries. With rigid lorries and arctic lorries we are able to move all types of machinery equipment. We have strong relationships with most key contractors and house builders. We deliver on time what ever the load maybe.

Rail, Air & Marine

Turner Site Services offers services to the rail, aviation and marine industries. We work closely to understand what the requirements are from the customers for us to deliver. For many years we have supported our customers in the rail industry moving 60ft rails down to 1 ton bags. We have worked alongside key contractors such as Balfour Beatty, Colas Rail and Network Rail. Also with our low loader service we are able to move RRV's and other plant. We have assisted other companies to help move pontoon platforms, and aircraft items such as wings etc.

Signage and Sculptures

Turner Site Services has a wealth of experience when it comes to moving signs and sculptures. Some of the projects we have work along side include Kew gardens, London marathon and forecourt signs. We also erect oak and steel buildings.

Steelwork & Telecoms

Turner Site Services offers its services to structural steel work fabricators and telecoms divisions. We have a great knowledge with lifting balconies and erecting steel frame buildings. We also work alongside the telecoms industry lifting 5G masts and lifting and transporting the control boxes. We are on call 24/7 to help when needed.
