We have a healthy stock of parts which include fast moving parts such as filters, beacons, tracks, batteries and much more.

We use named Brands such as Morris lubricants, Varta batteries, Fuchs grease.

Turner Site Services offers a 24/7 365 days call out service. This gives our customers peace of mind whether they be working on the railway, highways or any other project that its night or days working to a tight deadline. LOLER Examinations

Turner Site Services can provide testing and LOLER inspections onsite, allowing for minimal machine downtime. Certification can be produced quickly and efficiently.

Turner Site Services understands the safety systems within the construction sector. We can supply and fit a number of safety systems to most makes and models of machines. These include- - Rear view camera system - 360 degree camera system - X watch height and slew restrictors - Hydraulic check valves - Seat belt safety system with green beacon - Travel motion white noise alarm

Servicing and Onsite Repairs

Turner Site Services offers a 24/7 365 days call out service. We have a dedicated team fully trained to help get your machines back up and running to save you time and money. With over 100 years combined experience we are sure to be able to get the job sorted. Our service vans are state of the art and kitted out with welders, gas cutting bottles, the most up to date diagnostic tools, along with oils and consumables. The area we cover is all over the south east and further if needed. We work on most makes and models of machines including, JCB, Manitou, Kubota, Volvo, Komatsu, Hitachi, Hyundai, Bomag and Thwaites. Working on some of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK including HS2, National Highways, Network Rail, 2012 Olympics games and 2022 Commonwealth games.

Tracks and Undercarriage

Turner Site Services offers a wide range of undercarriage parts from track rollers and idlers to rubber tracks and rubber track pads. These can be supplied and fitted by our own qualified team of on site engineers. Rubber tracks are most commonly seen on excavators, tracked dumpers, skid steers, powered access platforms, mini piling rigs. Final drives can be expensive to replace if they are broken, but we offer a rebuild service. We take your motor, strip it down and investigate. Once priced up and given the go ahead we will rebuild the motor and send it back to you.
